Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payments

• Sessions must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance.

• A 50% non-refundable retainer is due within 24 hours of booking. The remainder is due on the day of the session, before photography begins.

• Mini sessions and last-minute bookings (less than 2 weeks in advance) require the full session fee at booking.

• Retainers are non-refundable but may be applied as credit toward a future session.
  
  

Refunds & Credits

• All monies paid toward sessions, products, or gift certificates are non-refundable.

• Credit in the paid amount will be applied for future sessions or products if a cancellation is necessary.
  
  

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• No-shows: All monies paid are forfeited. A $15 rescheduling fee applies if the session is to be rebooked.

• Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Lateness reduces session length. After 20 minutes without communication, the photographer will leave, and the session will be considered a no-show.
  
  

Editing & Delivery

• Sneak peeks (1 – 5 images) may be posted by request on social media within 24 – 48 hours before your full gallery is delivered. These are not to be printed, edited, or altered in any way.

• Turnaround time: Full galleries are delivered within the stated timeframe for your session (6–8 weeks for weddings).

• Online proofing galleries remain open for 5 days. Reopening requires a $10 fee.
  
  

Reshoots

• If dissatisfied with your gallery, you may request a reshoot within 2 – 3 days of delivery. Original images will be deleted and can not be downloaded from the gallery.

• Mini sessions and weddings are not eligible for reshoots.
  
  

Cooperation & Conduct

• Only the Photographer’s camera may be used during sessions. Other cameras/phones are not allowed, as they interfere with results.

• The Photographer is not responsible for uncooperative subjects or missed shots due to lack of cooperation.

• Clients are responsible for any damage to Photographer’s property, props, or belongings caused by themselves or their children.
  
  

Copyright & Usage

• All images are copyrighted by Noel Potts Photography.

• The Photographer retains full rights to use images for marketing, portfolio, publications, competitions, and educational purposes.

• Clients receive digital files for personal use only. Selling, altering, or reproducing images without written consent is prohibited.

• Editorial, advertising, or publication use requires written consent, and credit must be given to Noel Potts Photography.
  
  

Prints & Products

• All print products are created through a professional lab for quality and color accuracy. Noel Potts Photography is not responsible for prints made through third-party vendors.
  
  

Model Release

• By booking, Client grants the Photographer permission to use images of themselves or their children for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes.
  
  

Image Storage

• Images are stored for 1 year after the session date.
